Helped me. Edubuntu installs itcalc-client. In 9.10 it installed on the
2 "kids machines" (both AMD64, dual core). They crawled in periods,
could not figure out why.  I later installed it on my 9.10 Ubuntu (AMD
64, quad core) and the s... hit the fan. Crazy CPU use and noisy office.
Removed on the 3 machines and it is peaceful after.
