[Bug 545068] [NEW] [lucid][R500 X1400] 1680x1050 resolution not available after Lucid Beta 1 upgrade
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati
After upgrading my Fujitsu laptop to Lucid, I don't have anymore the
native resolution of 1680x1050.
Instead, my screen is displayed in 1400x1050 with 2 black borlders on
right and left of the screen. (thus, the pixels are fine and not
distorted)
xrandr tells me that 1400x1050 is the maximum resolution. It has to be
noted that GDM login also have the problem (so it's not related to my
session) and that I don't have any xorg.conf.
VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon Mobility X1400.
** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-ati (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
