[Bug 549989] [NEW] [gm45] flicker on bottom third of screen

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

I've tried with and without compiz and docky. Screen does not flicker
outside of Xorg and not in Karmic livecd. sudo lshw -c video corrupts
the display every time.
