[Bug 556341] [NEW] No video output on DVI

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

With just the VGA connector attached X works great, with just DVI I get
no output on my screen. The DVI connector outputs the entire boot
process so cabling etc works. It used to work on 9.10
