[Bug 561048] [NEW] Display blinks

Binary package hint: xorg

On Ubuntu 10.04 the display blinks during startup, login, and when
starting Totem.  Other video play-back and graphics programs do not
cause blinking.  The display is a Sharp LC26D43U, resolution is
1360x768.  This problem was not present in Ubuntu 9.04 or 9.10.
