[Bug 562003] [NEW] 10.04 on boot, refresh rate is too high.

 

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

Have to change resolution and let it revert back.  Will be ok until next
restart.

Ok on all previous versions.  This only surfaced with 10.04.
