[Bug 564146] [NEW] [Lucid] Catalyst Display manager does not identify displays correctly.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

KDE Control Module Display settings shows LVDS and DFP1 outputs and it identifies LVDS as screen 1, DFP1 as screen 2.
But Catalyst Display Manager identifies screens opposite. It identifies [Default Monitor] as screen 2, SAMSUNG TV connected via HDMI as screen 1.
If I extend the desktop to second monitor, my KDE taskbar panel moves to TV. But newly opened programs is being loaded on laptop monitor.
Catalyst should identify my TV as screen 2 and laptop monitor as screen 1. Task panel should be displayed on screen 1 (which is laptop monitor)
Attached is a screen shot about settings. I will attach log and config files as well.
