[Bug 566769] [NEW] Loss of dual monitor support on recovery from suspension

Binary package hint: xorg

Close the lid to suspend a Toshiba laptop connected to an external
monitor through VGA output. After opening the lid, there is no display
on the external monitor. Have to restart the computer to get dual
monitor support.
