[Bug 580279] [NEW] fglrx doesn't install, crashes in apt and breaks fglrx-amdcccle, can't perform system updates because my system is "broken"

I have only had this trouble since I performed the distribution upgrade
from 9.10 to 10.4. I had no issues in 9.10
