Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg

if I many times restart firefox (more than 1000 times) at some time the screen freezes. The keyboard does not response to numlock key pressed. This does not happen if I run the same program by ssh -X from an other machine on this box. 
Thats why I assume there is still a problem with the xserver.
