Binary package hint: xorg

By switching users the screen goes black. If I give the command from a
console (ctr-alt-f1 or by ssh) 'sudo restart gdm' the menu reappears.

How to reproduce the crash:
Log in as 'User A'. Switch to 'User B'; again to 'User A', and so on. After a couple of switchings the screen will become black. More precisely, this happens after the user inserts her password.

Remark 1: Users are not administrator
Remark 2: I have read elsewhere that this depends on visual effects. I removed the effects but the problem went not away.
Remark 3: I have read that the problem depends on ATI graphic cards. I have an INTEL one.
