[Bug 590242] [NEW] Keyboard doesn't work under X11 on Thinkpad X100e when on battery power

Public bug reported:

The keyboard and mouse do not respond on Thinkpad X100e when on battery
power, same issue when booting off battery or unplugging AC inside X11.
If I shutdown gdm and plug AC power at console keyboard works fine. I
suspect this is something in the Xorg input modules.

This worked under previously under 9.10, but fails under 10.04.
