Public bug reported:

I am reporting this as a new bug in Lucid even though there is a similar problem in Karmic, because the workaround posted there did not work for me.
I have a lenovo x61T tablet PC and the stylus button seems to be recognized as left or middle mouse button, instead of the much more useful right mouse button.

My workaround for this and a few other problems was to remove /usr/lib/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-wacom.conf
and instead utilize a custom xorg.conf which is attached.
