Reposting Bug 201253, since was requested to open a new bug rather than
re-open the old one that was never touched.

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics

The Lenovo "ThinkPad Travel Keyboard - US English" (Part no. 31P9490)
does not work with the current synaptics X11 driver/evdev. When running
off of the boot cd, both the trackpoint and touchpad work, but only
through the "mouse" driver, so none of the special touchpad
functionality like scrolling works.
