The way to fix this issue is to contact directly the French translation team at
http://translationproject.org/team/fr.html
and request to fix the translation for xkeyboard-config.

I verified that the current translation at translationproject.org has
the mistake that you mention above.

Once this gets fixed, could you please report back so that we can close
the report?
