[Bug 609639] [NEW] Badly distorted graphics with silicon motion SM712

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

Graphics almost work with old silicon motion SM712 card. However,
distorted lines appear on the screen. I will post a screenshot or
picture to demonstrate.

I tried enabling the NoAccel option for the xorg driver, but this did
not fix the problem.

I am running Xorg version 1:7.5+5ubuntu1 on lucid.
