[Bug 609938] [NEW] fglrx fails build on 2.6.35-10-generic

After upgrading to Ubuntu Maverick 10.10, fglrx fails to build against
the latest kernel.

The version of fglrx I have installed is 2:8.723.1-0ubuntu4.
