Sorry about the delayed response. I finally got a chance to test the
latest packages. I tested 2.6.34-020634rc5-generic both with and
without xorg-edgers.

Without xorg-edgers, the system booted really fast! Impressive.
However, when I tried to hibernate, the system immediately locked up
hard and did not respond to anything. The hard disk light was also not
flashing, which means that the volatile state of the system was not
written to disk. So that's a bug.

With xorg-edgers, the system booted into low graphics mode, and
therefore it wasn't possible to test this bug.

Is there any other information I can provide or tests I can run to
help resolve this bug?
