[Bug 620877] [NEW] package fglrx 2:8.723.1-0ubuntu4 failed to install/upgrade: fglrx kernel module failed to build

i can't install "ATI/AMD proprietary FGLRX graphics driver"
there is some problem in installing at mid of installation an error occurs "SystemError: installArchives() failed"
plz help me ....
