[Bug 626725] [NEW] Recently installed Ubuntu 10.04. It hangs frequently when running gedit. This did not happen with Ubuntu 9.04

UPDATE MANAGER SENT OVER UBUNTU 10.4 COMPUTER HAS CRASHED ONLY THING I
CAN GET TO IS BLACK SCREEN THAT READS 1.161799 KERNEL PANIC-NOT SYNCING
VFS UNABLE TO MOUNT ROOT fs ON UNKNOWN BLOCK(0.0) ANY HELP WOULD BE
APPRECIATED
