Binary package hint: xorg

This is a second attempt to file bug #631054 ("graphical interface with
slow reaction") but using ubuntu-bug with -p option which is deprecated
(but launchpad says to report xorg bugs using the -p option.

I am re-filing because if subscribing to other bug I fear that the
logfiles are not attached and there is a big difference happening when
using -p: Accidently the GUI reaction got good and fast again
immediately after using ubuntu-bug -p even before the first confirmation
dialog came up to report the bug.

I notice that it seems xrandr was called automatically (because at the
same time when the GUI got fast again, the TV1 was again active (which
happens from time to time on my machine when gdm tries to find out the
active and available monitors).

The next time when this issue happens I will try calling xrandr to find
out if this solves the problem.
