I have two monitors setup using twinview. When I drag a window to the
monitor without panels and maximize (via maximize button or via snapping
to top of screen) it initially doesn't use the whole screen. It omits a
titlebar sized portion at the top. The window acts like it is fullscreen
but when looking at it it isn't. When I click the maximize button
another time the window all of a sudden uses all screenspace (as it
should have done before). Also when you are using the theme with the
buttons on the left, a menu item of the window will have opened <-- this
happens when you click the maximize button a second time.
