[Bug 642528] [NEW] Can not install the fpit input driver for xorg maverick. Package conflict.

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-fpit

after running sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-input-fpit I get the
output.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 xserver-xorg-input-fpit : Depends: xserver-xorg-core (>= 2:1.5.99.901) but it is not going to be installed

I have a gateway Tablet pc, that use the finepoint pen input.  I have been able to install before on Ubuntu 9.04.  This does not work for the beta release of 10.10
