Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

I attached a Dell 2009FPW to the external VGA port.  The Monitor
Preferences application sees the monitor, and shows it configured
correctly.  It also shows the internal screen correctly.

However, only the screen dragged to the left of the box in the Monitor
Preferences box shows windows.  With the external monitor to the left,
and the internal monitor to the right, I can scroll my mouse off the
screen, which shows the mouse only at the far left of the internal
screen.

Ideally, both monitors should show information.
