yes. it was the update of gnome-settings-daemon from 2.32.0-0ubuntu1 to 2.32.0-0ubuntu2.
i'll attach 3 versions of xrandr:

1) xrandr-white.txt
xrandr output after downgrading to 2.32.0-0ubuntu1. Blind login in white screen and created the output in white panel

2) xrandr-white-f7.txt
output after switching with FN-F7

3) xrandr-ok.txt
after newly upgrade to 2.32.0-0ubuntu2 all is fine again
