Binary package hint: nvidia-current

I have been testing Maverick since Beta on my Vaio laptop with a "Gefore
310m" with no problems.  A recent update pulled down version 260.19.06
(260.19.06-0ubuntu1) of the driver and now X fails to start on my
machine.  After Ubuntu loads, I am left with a black screen.
