[Bug 656459] [NEW] Conflict with Clearlooks & Compiz

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

Clearlooks theme with Compiz enabled incorrectly shows popup menus. I
have to mouse over them multiple times in order them to appear. Using
Metacity instead of Compiz resolves the problem.

I have done seven different reinstalls to try and remedy the problem. It
does not occur on my 10.10 Installation on my laptop, but it
consistently happens on the desktop.
