Binary package hint: xkeyboard-config

In the Phonetic/Phonetic-Traditional/BDS symbol mappings the symbols for
lower-then (0x3c, HTML: <) and greather-then (0x3e, HTML>) do not
exist. Instead of them Opening quote („) and Closing quote(“) have been
inserted

In previous versions they did exist.
