[Bug 664606] [NEW] Xorg freeze, Desktop freezes in irregular intervals since upgrading to maverik. Right now Im using the las kernel and it seems to work. Till now, the problems occured only with the latest kernel version.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

Running maverik on an ibm t42, the system completely freezes in irregular intervals but at least one time during 15 minutes.
I attached the Xorg.1.log file in which a fatal server error is documented.
the infos from the automatic generated reports were created by under 2.6.32-25-generic kernel but the actual bug happens only under the latest kernel (updated a few days ago).

The only thing I can do after freezing is press the power button for 6
sec ;-)
