Try setting your BIOS to failsafe. Disable unneeded hardware like sound
and LAN until you get installed.
You could also disable features in the Kernel to improve the situation
(like ACPI, APIC, DMA etc). You could also take out one of your video
cards as the installer CD may have an issue with SLi until you get
sorted. Here are some bootoptions you can try:

I would also check the CD. It tkes a minute and will just let you know
the CD is ok. Just so we know its out of the equation.
