You simply need t ofollow the guides. The stock server does not have a
VPN server installed or enabled but can be installed from the repo then
configured. Just read guides onlie (The ones I chose are the community
ones but other guides may suit you)

Setting up the system will also teach you a lot about networking as well
as the OS itself.
