Please do the following:

1) Open a terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal).
2) Run the following commands at the terminal and post all of the ouput here:

cat /etc/apt/sources.list
ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d/
cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*

The output might be long, so you might want to copy and past the output
of each command one at a time.
