sudo apt-get --purge remove brasero; sudo apt-get --purge autoremove;
sudo apt-get clean; sudo apt-get install brasero

Can you burn other types of disk ok? Are you burning as slowly as you
can? Have you tried a different media brand? Is the media you have clean
when you use it.
