[Question #76493]: why when look in gnome system monitor virtual memory of a process is larger than memory and larger than virtual memory which is in resources tab?

now i look at gnome system monitor process list. why an apache2 has 6.9 mib of memory and 233.0 mib of virtual memory and in same time all virtual memory is only 149.1 mib on the resourses tab?
