Dale Maris is still having a problem:
I really appreciate you response.  I was not clear, my computer will
boot to Windows, Vista, but when I select Ubuntu, that when I get the
messages in my original post.  I will check out the docs you suggested
and let you know if that fixes my problem.  Thanks  Dale
