Rob Frerejean is still having a problem:
Get no right output of these commands.

rob@rob-laptop:~$ sudo modprobe acpi_cpufreq
FATAL: Module acpi_cpufreq not found.
rob@rob-laptop:~$ sudo modprobe  cpufreq_powersave
FATAL: Module cpufreq_powersave not found.
rob@rob-laptop:~$
