[Question #76738]: How to Install Ubantu 9.04 64 bit in Vista32 bit, having Pentium Dual Core & 512 Nvidia graphic Card?

I'm Currently Using Vista 32 bit 
My pc's Configuration is DVD-WR, 2gb RAM, 512 NVIDIA Graphic Card.
I have Downloaded Ubuntu 9.04 64bit and Copied the iso Image on a 700mb CD.
I have tried to install it and it was even installed "inside Windows" but I cant use it.
It gives an error saying "Permission denied". Please find me a Solution.
