Try the following to get rid of the first error:

1) Open a terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal)
2) Copy and paste the following command to the terminal and press <enter>

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys
4874D3686E80C6B7

3) You will be prompted for your password.  Type your password and press
enter.  Your password will not be shown on screen, so type carefully.

4) Once the command finishes, type this command:

sudo apt-get update

5) Copy and paste any remaining error messages here.
