tlauriau is still having a problem:

I had done all of those things and still no luck.  The only thing that
is different - is - "Default languages for documents" - does not have a
mark but the drop down box has English Canada.

Also, when I go to Tools / Spelling&Grammar / in the "text language" box
there is no language appearing and the spell check tells me
"OpenOffice.org 3.0 The Spell Check is Complete" but it is not and was
not done.

Any ideas?
