Similar to XP, all your email/folders are stored with the .evolution
folder inside your user profile. This IS a hidden folder (note the
period before evolution to make it hidden).
Inside there will be a folder called 'mail' aptly enough.
However if you wish to create portable backups for moving your
accounts/mail to another machine you should review the evolution
documentation for the steps to do this properly.
