Question #76675 on cups in ubuntu changed:

Status: Open => Answered
marcobra (Marco Braida) proposed the following answer:
Seems not supported
Please read this http://www.linuxprinting.org/printer_list.cgi?make=Lexmark23
and http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Lexmark-x2350
here something on launchpad related to the Lexmark-x2350
https://launchpad.net/+search?field.text=Lexmark-x2350
tell lexmark http://www.lexmark.com/ to make their drivers opensource and/or release their drivers also for linux
But I guess it would be much simpler to buy a printer that works... you
save hours of getting that lexmark printer to work and for that amount
of money that you put into trying getting it to work, you could simply
buy another one.
Hope this helps
