[Question #77391]: cannot find library libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2

New question #77391 on Ubuntu:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/77391

Running Ubuntu 9.04.
I am trying to install a banking security module that requests the use of
libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2  package.
I have read different solutions but currently this package seems to have disapeared from the planet.
Could someone tell me where to find it or into which other package it is currently contained.
The error message I have received is "undefined symbol: cerr"
and the instructions coming with the program points to the installation of the mentioned package.
Thanks for help.
