Blas confirmed that the question is solved:
CANT BELIEV IT I FIXED IT!!!

just in case some one has the same problem I


sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base-conf

Then paste the following line at the end of the file (change MODEL with
the type of sound card's model, in our example it should be "acer"
(without quotation marks)):

options snd-hda-intel model=quanta-il1

I tried with quanta-il1 and it works fine
