Add the system sources and authenication listed there for PPA for TJ
per: https://launchpad.net/+help/soyuz/ppa-sources-list.html

then update my system with "glib2.0 - 2.20.1-0ubuntu3~tj~ppa1j"

I have no problem if there is a reasonable chance of success and the
update can backed out given problems occur.
