mikerin.slava@xxxxxxxxx is still having a problem:
There are tons of benefits of 2.3 over 2.1. The fact that you had to ask tells me you are far from the Rails world..
I want the latest STABLE version of rails included in Ubuntu by default, not in some repo somewhere.
