Bug #45295 status changed in linux in ubuntu:

    New => Incomplete

Status change explanation given by kernel-janitor:

Same thing in Ubuntu 9.04, Xircom card is detected at boot, but no
communication is done. After ejecting and inserting the card again, it
is detected an communication starts, everything works.
