I suggest you run:
blkid
Then you can mount each partition to read etc/fstab on the partition
(not /etc/fstab as that will be the fstab of the currently running
system (I'm guessing Live CD))
You will then know which partition to remove safely. You can obviously
ignore the NTFS as these will not be Linux partitions.
