Hi, there are several possible things that might be going on here
It's possible that you have too many flash-players installed so
uninstalling them and reinstalling just one might help. Go up to the
top taskbar and click on
System - Administration - Synaptic Package Manager
the Search button might help you find "flash player"s. Another thing worth trying is working all through this guide making sure you do every step

although i would stick with non-free components at least until you are able to really free yourself and go completely OpenSource ;)
