You can do it also with Add/Remove or Synaptic Manager.

But try the actionparsnip way - there's more fun.
To do it open terminal with Applications-->Accessories-->Terminal, paste there the line and hit Enter. You'll be asked for your user password and when you are typing it you will see nothing, it's normal. Hit again Enter sit back and watch the system working;-)
