lord0fshred@xxxxxxx confirmed that the question is solved:
The problem is solved. Turns out the SD reader was shot and it
eventually gave out completely and wont work on any computer I try it
on. Other SD USB readers work just fine. Thanks a lot for your help, I
realize I may have been a bit of a pain :3
